Could you let me know what would be the violation, who has banned and for which reason? Thank you.

Hey Jossy, thanks for creating an appeal about this. Just from a first look, it appears that there is atleast one game that you have edited files in to get the achievements. Have you file edited more than one game to make achievements unlock that are broken otherwise?

Have you cheated any achievements in team fortress 2? I noticed you have all 4 youtube achievements unlocked at the same time.

i linked my youtube account to my most popular video which at the time had I believe over 300.000 views ...
I remember the check for these achievements is when you start up the game... so yea for me it makes sense they all pop up at the same time.
it's not strange they all unlock at the same time to me.

i keep a tracker of all games I own - I can show you the log of this entire year day by day of all my actions
I take achievement hunting very seriously. I do not use this website to track my achievements, but I was made familiar with this site a few days ago and its just strange to me that im banned before actually joining - so i believe it's some auto script that did it unjustly and i'd like to clear it up here ^^

I'll come back to talking about Tf2 once we cover the games that are for sure cheated in some form, such as editing game files. Do you know how many games you have done that with? If any?

Are you saying you have no access to this 300,000+ views youtube video that you owned?

Yes, currently, now in 2020, I don't have access to that video anymore: I've closed the youtube account that was linked to my TF2 , I now have several other accounts.
When I unlocked the achievements, of course I had access to my then owned account

Please don't keep me in the dark - I came here to find out why I am being banned ; I do not know why so i don't know what to reply other than that.

Appeals take a little bit of time since staff are all volunteers and need to communicate to partner teams - basically staff are trying to figure out now if you are either improperly banned on some trackers or improperly not banned on some trackers (to get everything into sync).

It is extremely strange for someone to close old YouTube accounts, especially ones with 300k+ views on a video. These TF2 achievements are very often cheated, so it's standard for verification/appeals staff to look into the situation of anyone achieving these. Can you link the other YouTube channels that you own? Do you have any kind of proof of owning a YouTube video with 300k+ views back in 2012?

Staff have mentioned that you have some other games where the game code was edited (which is disallowed under https://achievementhunting.com/rules#na-3) - do you have any idea about this and which games you edited code for?

It was a very popular channel called "ImmaArnie". The reason for deletion was that not everybody liked the content, I was getting bullied and people were desperately trying to find out my whereabouts. If you do a google search on the channel you may read the history and why it was deleted. There was a wiki on my youtube channel as well, which has recently also been deleted (see redit: https://www.reddit.com/r/soundboardpran ... boardwiki/ ) . I've deleted multiple youtube accounts over the years for legal and personal reasons (ImmaArnie, CCL Miami, George Bush, and more).

here's a re-upload of a re-upload of a re-upload of a re-upload from a video i did 10 years ago.... and it still got over 36K views ; my videos were netting at least 200K each when they were brand new (but none were monetized).

On your second question: I have not edited game files in order to get achievements.

In that case, how did you obtain the achievement "first jump" in relaxation balls? This has been unobtainable since launch.
