Hi Dima, unfortunately we cannot see achievement data for games that are removed from accounts to see if they are reset. If you can contact support to readd the game, that would be most helpful.

Were you family sharing this game? Was this game refunded or did you remove it from your account using the support tool?

This method will work if you previously removed the game from your account.
Go to Help->Steam Support, search for the game you want to restore, select "This game is no longer in my library" then it'll give you an option to restore the previously removed game.

With KVNVBI helping us translate everything, we were able to talk with akasega easier. Cat on a diet will not relock, as it instantly unlocks the achievements when resetting them, even while still inside of the program. The next paragraphs are what we asked him to try.

In steam, go to Help -> Steam Support, go to the bottom of the page and type in A Cat On A Diet in the search bar, and select "This game is no longer in my library" . It will then give you the option to restore the game from being removed.

If you do have the game on your account, first you need to delete the local save file. To do this, open your file explorer application, and type in %appdata% in the search bar. Look for the CatOnADiet folder and delete it.Now you can close out of your file explorer application. Now launch Cat On A Diet. You should see a window pop up that says Steam has detected a mismatch. Make sure you press on "Overwrite with my local copy" , and that will delete your cloud save. Now close out of the game. The last thing to do is relock the achievements for cat on a diet."

After this did not work, we gave him four more options:
Ok, we have three more possible fixes for you to try with getting Cat on a Diet fixed correctly.
1) In SAR, try setting all statistics to 1, instead of 0. If we are lucky, that will force update the values you see in your steam library
2) Try resetting the entire game with SAR again, but while in offline mode on steam. Then log out, and log back in to online mode.
3) It is possible that clearing the steam cache may solve the statistics not showing right. Doing this will log you out of steam. To do this, open the settings panel in Steam by selecting Steam from the top left, and then settings. In the panel, select the Downloads tab, and you will see a button that says "CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE" at the bottom.
4) There is also a fourth option, which we do not want to ask you to do. It would be to just not play the game again, as SAM seems to have messed something up. It is your choice on that, if none of the other options worked.

TLDR: Cat on a Diet has not been able to be relocked in any way whatsoever, and everything we have tried has not fixed it. The game will have to be invalidated as there is nothing more we can try to have akasega do. I believe this was the lsat thing on his appeal that needed attention, but I will go through the games again to make sure.
