Alrighty:

GTA V has several online achievemnets unlocked together. Did you transfer progress from another platform?
Resident evil 5, Supraland, fallout new vegas, starbound, and deep space waifu flat justice also seem to have the same problem.

Resident evil 5, Supraland, fallout new vegas, starbound, and deep space waifu flat justice also seem to have the same problem.

GTA V Online, I originally played on PS4 and when it came out on PC I transferred.

Resident Evil 5 didn't have achievements for the longest time so once they added them that one happened.

Supraland was early early beta and I believe when I switched from the demo to purchased version of the game it "transferred" the achievements.

Starbound I had played mainly outside of steam, through the mod loader (and mostly on the unstable build, 86.7 hours vs the retail 69.6 hours, both on my steam library) which had no achievements. So I think maybe when I played it for a few minutes on an old save it got confused and unlocked a couple. Will reset em though, they are like the first couple achievements anyway so no biggie! (aaaand, they've been reset!)

Fallout New Vegas. No idea whats going on there. Typically play bethesda games heavily modded so Im not sure. Ill relock all achievements unlocked on 1/1/13 and 1/2/13 for good measure though!

Deep Space Waifu. I can't really tell which ones you're referring to, Its one of those games that's short bullet-hell fan service so you progress and it rewards you at a very high rate of speed lol, unlocking a ton of stuff at the same time in-game essentially. But if you have anything specific I would be more than willing to reset em! (The only reason Id prefer specific for that one is cause Im trying to 100% through the series)

Also I'd just like to note I just started Lust From Beyond Prologue from my most recent save to go unlock everything again (I wish I had held off on locking that one up lol). And it gave me a couple achievements pretty close together as it was my last run through for achievements and they were the last ones I got before 100%.

I do that pretty often still, will make an entire paragraph and post it, only to realize there was already page 2 XD. So no worries.

Ignore me for deep space waifu, I had failed to check other users and your clusters align with others as well, sorry about that.

If you haven't relocked the achievements for new vegas yet, you might be fine. Looking over them again, it very well could be offline play. But, it also looks like some possible console commands or something as there are a couple of end game achievements and DLC cheevs done in the same clusters. It may be best to relock those clusters in that case.
