Are there any other games that are not marked, that are also cheated and need of relocking? LIke TF2 for example?

for TF2 i have logged in a server and wrote !unlock but i didn't use SAM , im not sure if that is cheating , if it is i would gladly lock all of them

Yup if you could do so please, but you need to do that through TF2's actual settings page, there are two pages you have to reset,

You can reset your Team Fortress 2 statistics by opening your Character Loadout, then navigate to the stats tab and click the reset stats button.

Then reset the achievements from the "view achievements" menu

both are required to prevent auto unlocks after restart

Alongside what Hiki said, i'd like to ask about some other games.
1) Shenzen I/O- I see you are unable to relock these three achievements in SAR, you may need to use the registry editor in order to do this. On your startup menu / search bar for the computer, you will want to type in "reged" , and a program called "registry editor" will pop up. Look under the HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder, and open the dropdown menu under SOFTWARE. After that, search for a folder with the name Zachtronics. Just delete this folder in its entirety, and then try to relock the achievements with SAR once more. After that, reopen the game. If you are unable to find this folder, please let me know.
2)Opus Magnum: I see three achievements still unlocked in this. Were this obtained legitimately?
3) Loading Screen Simulator: Was the one achievement you have left in this obtained legitimately?

We may have more questions to ask, but these are the current most important ones.

0* TF2 is completely resetted with both achievements and statistics
1st game I did everything you said ... but doesn't work
2nd game achievement with completion 100/100 one with 100 games won is illegitamate but i tried to lock all of them they just keep coming up again like shenzen io
3rd game after i close the SAR or the game this achievement unlocks itself

also for shenzen io there is no folder named Zachtronics after i re-download the game and play it for a while it still doesn't come up as a folder under "reged"
