I do remember playing this game, quite vividly actually. However, I do see the unusual activity on the last achievements. I'd be happy to re-lock any of the achievements that seem to have likely been unlocked at the same time through the use of an illegitimate save file or SAM and I will remove the illegitimate content.

EDIT: I just realized I accidentally re-locked one of the achievements that was legitimately obtained. I will now go into the game to re-unlock that achievement. My apologies for this mistake.
