The issues you're having may be related to not having deleted the registry for those games. Do you know how to delete those? If not, these steps should work:
-Type "Regedit" in the search bar of the windows start menu and open it.
-Navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > and then you'll need to search through the files to find each individual game. I believe the games wmay be under the files with their developer's names. I'll have a better answer once one of the other staff have that know more on this have responded, if you cant find em.
-Once you've found them, delete the folder so the data is no longer saved.
-Next, start up the game and see if it works. The game should be totally reset.

And of course if you already know how to do that, even better. Go ahead and try that on those and relock them again.

Update: Working with razor in dms to try and fix the games that wouldn't relock.
-Arcane PreRaise and RERaise, sky road, content creator simulator, the shadow of hell, they came from the moon, crazy pirate, the sad story of emmeline burns, ReX, and Teenager vs Mutant were relocked successfully.
There's poop in my soup was relocked and rehundoed, but the stats/stamps are incorrect on trackers. On steam, the correct date shows for reaching 'x' score.
Far Cnight was also relocked, and only Steam Hunter is showing the correct timestamp of today.
VCB: Why City, terminal hacker, and 12 is better than 6 will be reported for invalidation, as nothing we have tried has managed to work to get them relocked properly

Hi, i'm writing this because i got banned on astats a few weeks ago, and i'm suspected for cheating which is true but the problem is that by now i didn't find any possible way to relock them
The games are 12 is better than 6, terminal hacker and vcb: why city. There were 2 different types of problems with those games, one for 12ibt6 and the other one for terminal hacker and vcb why city
The first problem was including only in deleting stats using SAM, because multiple achievements were unlocking at the same time
The 2nd problem is a complete different thing, the stats are named increment only and as SAR and SAM says they cannot be locked back, i tried a lot of different methods but none of them actually work
I really hope there is a way to repair this and i understand that it's complete my fault because i was lazy to stay for a few minutes/hours to complete them in a legit way and i can't blame anyone but me

As far as i know, there is no proper way to relock these games for you. Nothing we tried actually worked, which resulted in us having to report those games as invalidated to your trackers. These 3 games cannot be fixed for you, sadly.

We also do not provide any support for AStats anymore due to reasons mentioned in the 100Pals announcements channel. I am sorry but there is nothing we can do regarding the invalidation on your AStats account, more specifically because there is no way to properly relock those 3 games. These games still count as "cheated" , and cannot count for points on the trackers.

Taking a closer look, there are still some achievements showing from when you initially played the game after relocking it in your first appeal. Because you did not update your trackers after messing with the achievements this time, they do not show the proper unlock times, so we cannot see the timestamps more in depth than they show on steam. In the future, please also create an appeal post so staff can help to make sure you know what it is that you are doing, and so something is not messed up later as has now happened.

We cannot approve your achievements in this case, because of errors in relocking them. Please follow these orders step by step if you would like to fix the game and have the achievements count.

1. Lock ALL achievements and set ALL stats to zero in 12 is better than 6
2. Update ALL trackers before launching the game (AStats, Completionist.me, SteamHunters, etc)
3. Make sure all of them show you have 0 achievements in 12 is better than 6
4. Launch the game, to confirm that no achievements unlock on startup
5. Confirm with a 100Pals Mod or Ambassador that the game is locked properly
6. Do NOT play the game until the appeal is complete, just wait until it is done before getting the achievements

As we said in the beginning - you did some pretty massive-scale cheating Razor. With the huge amount of games you altered improperly with SAM, it's just the reality that your profile is going to have some "never touch again" permanently broken games potentially.

Hello, i just updated all of my tracking sites except astats (for 12 is better than 6) but meanwhile i got into another problem but surprisingly it isn't my fault now
The game is Adventure Capitalist: If somebody remembers in May, at the start of the month there was a big problem with the game, some people had the saves deleted other ones couldn't make any money (my case) i just left the game and didn't touched it at all til today, where i decided to launch it and see if i can complete it. Then 6 achievements popped out of nowhere when i was on earth, other 5 popped when i went to the moon and another one that i made ''legit''. Now i think this wouldn't be a problem at all they are all easy achievements that i can do because i have a lot of money and i really want to mention that i didn't used any save files or anything like that because after being unverified on 100 pals for the 2nd time i can't think of that. lol. The only problem is on astats where i don't receive any points for the game, but i don't care at all since i don't use it that much.

Thanks for relocking 12ibt6 properly. Right now, it would be much preferred that you do not play it again or open it because of what has happened each time so far. If you decide to play it again, let one of us know so if a problem pops up, we'll know to get it fixed and actually have you not play it again.
