The Vanishing of Ethan Carter - I vividly remember playing this two years ago, so I was pretty confused myself why all but one of my achievements were unlocked at the exact same time. I'm pretty sure I just hit "unlock all achievements" on them, so 100% of them. I was like 12 years old at the time and was playing around with SAM when I discovered it existed.

Hey Mills, thanks for creating an appeal. I just finished looking over the rest of your games and have a couple of questions. Do you know what might have happened with these?
-zombie driver: There are a couple of large clusters of achievements in this. The game is currently removed so i was unable to look in the discussions for similar problems, and i was unable to find other users with similar patterns. This was quite awhile back, in 2010.
-L.A. Noire: also has a couple of clusters

In regards to The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, that game is completely fine. Once we figure out something about zombie driver and la noire, we can see which games will need to be relocked.

Zombie Driver is definitely cheated, forgot about that one.

LA Noire is surprising, I honestly doubt I cheated on it and don't remember doing so. What I do remember is that I definitely beat the full game once, so the progression achievements are legitimate.
Two achievements unlocked at the same time, Eight Million Stories and Chauffeur Service are both part of the same mission, so that makes sense.
The next two achievements that were unlocked at the same time, Spare A Dime and Every Herb Bearing Seed are both part of the same mission as well. I also checked the profile of one of my friends who has completed LA Noire and they have these achievements at the same exact time as well. Are there any more discrepancies with LA Noire that I'm missing?

Hmm, with those achievements being part of the same mission it makes more sense.

It looks like the games with achievements that you'll need to relock are Zombie driver, audiosurf, and COD MW2. After relocking them, please start those games to check for any achievements that automatically unlock again. This can happen and usually means there are save files/etc that need deletion. Once you've done this, please let me know if anything happens or if they relocked successfully!
