Upon reading the Unified Rules, I felt guilty. And so I wanted to come clean, and it wasn't easy admitting (even to myself) that I did something wrong.

1. Valkyria Chronicles - I used another player's save file out of morbid curiosity and was surprised to see 19/20 cheevos pop up at once when I loaded the game up. I mean, I know it says that it is the most likely outcome but I had never seen that before. Here is where I got the file: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... text=save/

2.The Stanley Parable - The Go Outside achievement.. I changed my pc's time and yea..

3.Skyrim: Special Edition - Many of these cheevos were obtained via console command. I don't know exactly how many but I continued playing on that very save file. I figured I had already done them on regular edition since it's almost the exact same game, but I realize this is wrong.


I appreciate the staff for their time and consideration when looking at this appeal. Getting achievements legit does mean something to me and these particular cases are moments of weakness I am embarrassed about.

I haven't relocked anything yet as I'm not 100% sure on how to do so.

Hey Myr,
Thanks for wanting to come clean, you already did the hardest step by posting it.

About your appeal:
1. Using someone else's save will require you to relock the full game in this case.
Please use SAR to accomplish it and also delete your local and steam-cloud saves for it

2. Changing your system time to skip the time to unlock it is allowed but invalidates your game on AStats.
If you want to clear it up then you can go here: (http://astats.astats.nl/astats/aforum/s ... php?tid=33) and follow the instructions there.

3. This one highly depends on which console commands you used.
Please try to list all the ones you used.

Hey Allalinor, thanks for the reply!
I wasn't sure on how to use SAR at first but after asking in the chat, Amorous Eyes helped me out.

1. Valkyria Chronicles - is now completely relocked and all previous save files deleted, including the the ones in the cloud.

2. The Stanley Parable - as per that page you linked me, I have relocked 'Go Outside' and posted a reply, awaiting a mod.

3. Skyrim:SE - I think the command I used was "caqs" which does get most of them, but I have reset the entire game, since that save was.. dirty from continuing to play. Also deleted saves locally and in the cloud.


At the risk of sounding disingenuous, I truly do appreciate what you guys do!

relocking Skyrim:SE was the right choice in this case since any commands that directly unlock achievements are disallowed.

Last think would be just to create an appeal on AStats to get it cleared on there too.
