Hello! I started achievement hunting last year. Im new and accidentally cheated because of a bad steam guide.

dead_file.exe: I followed a steam guide and It told me to edit files in game which causes the cheevos to be unlocked that involve dying a million times.

Do you still own the game? Did you relock it as explained in the FAQ and then update your trackers?

I deleted the game after realizing.

Please go to Help-> Steam Support, search for the game you want to restore, select "This game is no longer in my library" and then it'll give you an option to restore the previously removed game. Then continue the steps in the Appeal FAQ please.

Nothing pops back up when you re-open the game? Trackers updated to show 0 achievements?

I fixed it and removed the achievement from the game.
