Reopened appeal, User's CSGO was not properly relocked, and repopped achievements upon opening.

Sorry for the delay, but it appears that you have still not relocked this game properly. A bunch unlocked again on the 29th. Are you resetting the statistics when relocking the achievements? Is there somewhere in the actual game where you can reset your statistics as well?

hello, I had weird timestamps for True or False Universe, Scary House and NeoBoom2

for Scary house I needed to reopen the game and then update it to steamhunters since there were no achievements on my account, and for NeoBoom2 I have reset the game with SAR and then reopend the game, I waited for the ingame timer on the top right to count down from 30 to 0 and then spam clicked the button and they unlucked after that so that agem should be fine now aswell, only for True or False Universe I can't seem to fully reset the game, when I use SAR on it and reopen the game hte achievements repop, not sure if there is a save file for that game, I looked at https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/True_ ... e_Universe and site says not much for a savefile on windows.

In regards to true or false universe, If the game is not relocking properly, we may need to go ahead and invalidate it as we have with others in the past. What were the reasons for relocking these games? Both are generally incredibly fast, if not instant, completions.
