games: idk wich games exactly thats also why I am here but I whould like to get back into the achievment leader bords, I have used SAM in the past for cleaning TF2 and clicker heroes achievments, but instead of removeing SAM after that I kept it and used it to unlock achievments for useles achievment idle games where the achievments just feel to silly and useless to get legit so yes I used SAM but now that I look back at it I feel guilty and whould like to know wich games to completly reset and how to do so, So I can get back into earning achievments the legit way.

Hey Vervaticus, thanks for creating an appeal about this. Before i take a look into this, i would like for you to attempt to look through your games and see if you can find some/all that you have cheated/used SAM on in the past. I understand if you have difficulty with this, so it's fine if you aren't able to find them all yourself.

But as i was saying, i'd like for you to try first. There are a couple of easy ways to do this.
1) On SteamHunters, you can filter your games to only the invalidated ones. I'd suggest doing that first to check to see which ones are already invalidated. These generally cause problems, and are the first thing to look for. If you need help doing so, let me know and i'll try to explain the steps.
2) You can also use completionist.me to look through your games. You can reach that through the tracker links under your profile name on SteamHunters.

Once you have relocked these, please reopen each one to check for any achievements that may automatically unlock. Save files or other progress may need to be deleted or reset. If you do not plan on playing them again, make sure you put them somewhere that you will not forget about deciding not to play them again. Let me know which games have achievements that automatically unlock that should not on startup, there will probably be several.

I cleaned all the games exept VCB: Why City, Grind Zones and Neonicum
those keep giving the achievments back, is there anyone that can help me with those to completely rest those.

We've had issues with VCB:Why City in the past, ending up with having the game be marked as invalidated on the trackers. Sometimes, it just does not seem to relock at all.

For these games, make sure you are also deleting the statistics in SAR. There may be save data that need to be deleted as well. Do you know if these games have an option to reset progress in-game as well?

And no those games do not have an ingame option to delete save data

SAR is steam achievement relocker, a program similar to SAM. The link to that is in the FAQs.
Have you reset the statistics in each game in either SAM/SAR? It is in the same area as when relocking the achievements. And did you delete any save files at all?

SAR isn't working aswell and there is no ingame way to reset save data

The next thing I'll need you to try is deleting the registry keys for these games, and then relocking the achievements/resetting statistics in SAR once that is done. If you don't know how to access the registry editor, type in "regedit" in the windows search bar, and open the registry editor. For these 3 games, you'll need to find the specific folders and delete them. The best way to do this is to either ctrl+f the game names, or the developers.
VCB: Why City or KishMish Games
Grindzones or Grind Zones or Odnako Games
Neonicum or Cristalis Studio

Once you find the folder for these games, delete the entire folder. This should delete any data saved that causes achievements to relock automatically.
