A.V.A: Alliance of Valiant Arms - I wanted a knife for TF2, so I unlocked all achievements to make sure I'd get it. There is a problem, and I haven't been able to relock the achievements for this game, since the game closed down, both on steam and other sites.
Team Fortress 2 - This is where the cheating began, because I wanted some of the rewards you could get.
Counterstrike: Source - I had most of the achievements for this game, but I remember trying to appeal to a different site before, and locked and unlocked them (I ended up just resetting my stats and achievements, but I do have over 700 hours in it.)
Terraria - It was a game I liked, so I unlocked all achievements.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent - At the time I liked having rare achievements, there were a few of them in this game. But I did unlock all of them.
All of the CoD: BO2 (Multiplayer, campaign and Zombies) - I unlocked these for having achievements in games I liked.
Company of Heroes 2 - Unlocked all achievements.
CS:GO - I unlocked all achievements.
Garry's Mod, I unlocked all achievements.
Half Life 2 series - I unlocked all achievements.
Both Left 4 Dead games - I unlocked all achievements.
Limbo - I unlocked all achievements.
Payday 2 - I unlocked all achievements.
Portal 2 - I unlocked all achievements.
Realm of the Mad God - I unlocked some achievements for ingame rewards.
Super Meat Boy - I unlocked all achievements.
World of Goo - I unlocked all achievements.
Worms Revolution - I unlocked all achievements.

At the time, these were the only games I played as far as I remember. If anything is found, I will gladly lock the entire games achievements. I have already locked the above mentioned games entirely because I do not remember which achievements I unlocked without cheating. The exception being A.V.A: Alliance of Valiant Arms considering I don't know how to. All of the achievements were cheated with the use of Steam Achievement Manager, which I found through a random Youtube video looking into the TF2 rewards.
If there isn't a reason for why I unlocked the achievements, it's because I just wanted sheer numbers to show my friends.

Since you cannot see AVA Alliance of Valiant Arms, please use the following number next to "Add Game" in SAR: 102700
- this should add the game license to your account, allowing you to see and then relock the game. Let me know if you have trouble doing so.

For portal 2, all of the "complete all chambers in x coop course" were unlocked together on the 12th of December. Were these some of the cheated ones?

This may be one of the games you missed, but game dev tycoon also has about half of the achievements unlocked at the same time. DO you remember anything about this?

It just tells me I don't have the game, I don't know whether this is due to having an old version of SAM, or too new a version

Potal 2 was done legitamately with my brother, but I relocked them in case I had cheated any of them. I played a few days ago again with a friend, and it instantly unlocked some achievements because all the challenges/courses were already done. I don't know if it's possible to revert map progress with SAM, but if it's possible I'll gladly do it.

And now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure it was one of the games I just cheated in for the sake of having many achievements, I will lock and reset the game.

I went and helped Cloud get the progress reset for portal 2 co-op in game, and the cheevs are relocked.
