I used this fix: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/100pA ... 892648605/ for the broken achievements a while ago.
I relocked the 367 broken achievements, deleted the registry entry for the game, reinstalled and launched the game.

I also updated the main achievement trackers so that the achievement count matches up.

Hey QETC, thanks for creating an appeal about this. While you have your own steam account linked on your profile, it appears you have linked a different one in your appeal. Was this a mistake or on purpose?

Ah, yeah I had used the other user's appeal as a template and kept the steam account by mistake.
