Tweevo Appeal (Complete)
Hello! I've been achievement hunting casually for a little over a year, and I've decided now that I'd like to try and take more seriously than I have been, and as such joined the 100Pals Discord server. Before even attempting to get verified, I wanted to make clear that I have in the past done things strictly against the rules, and I now really regret that and would like a clean slate to join and participate in this community fairly.

Games cheated:
• Pinball Arcade: I played this game one day for a short amount of time before I started achievement hunting, and ended up getting one or two achievements in it. After later looking at the achievements for the game and finding out that over 90% of them were behind DLC paywalls, I decided to use SAM to relock the achievement(s) I did get in an attempt to get the game off of my record and raise my average game completion percentage.
• PAYDAY 2: Very similar to the above, but instead of achievements being locked behind paywalls, there were simply too many and I decided it just wasn't worth my time and again used SAM and relocked the achievements I did have which was about 15-20 or so.
• Clicker Heroes: I played this game a lot in browser, and decided to port my save data to Steam once I started achievement hunting. Something bugged with the way the save data ported, and some of the achievements that should have been unlocked were not. I used SAM to unlock those achievements. I am relocking every achievement in this game using SAR and starting entirely fresh.
• We Were Here / We Were Here Too: This one I'm honestly not sure about. While playing one of these two games, I remember SAM crossing my mind for some achievement that I was having a hard time getting to pop, and I can't remember if I actually used it or not. I really don't think that I actually cheated anything here, but there is a possibility that I might have. If there is a way to check for certain if SAM was used or not on either of these games, I would really appreciate it, but if not I will relock both of them and start again to be safe.
• Crush Crush: I got about half of the achievements in this legitimately, and then started altering my system clock in order to progress faster and keep up as new girls came out. Again, I will relock the entire game and start over as I do not know exactly when I started cheating this game.
• Terraria: I accidentally got the Golden Fishing Rod achievement out of sequence. Using an ingame mod called Cheat Sheet, I had cheated in the golden fishing rod for other purposes without knowing that there was an achievement attached to it. I'm honestly not super sure what to do about this one, since if I relock the achievement and get the fishing rod legitimately (which I have done since) it'll still be out of sequence with the rest of the fishing quests since it's supposed to be gotten somewhere in the middle. Guidance on this would be appreciated.
I've checked through my library and I'm fairly certain that these are all the games I've cheated in, but I am not 100% positive.
I'd also like guidance on what to do about Pinball Arcade and PAYDAY 2, since I can't just relock all the achievements as that's exactly what I shouldn't have done. Should I play the games for a short amount of time and try to get some achievements back to put the games back on my record? Should I try to identify the exact achievements locked and unlock those? I feel guilty just leaving them the way that they are so most likely I'll just play them to get a few achievements in each unless other action is suggested.
Thank you so much for your time, and thank you for allowing us to appeal for a chance to play fairly. Cheers!

Re: Tweevo Appeal
Hey Tweevo, thanks for creating an appeal about this. As there are different instances of cheating here, i want to take your appeal somewhat slowly. By that, i just mean to not talk about every game you are appealing for in the same post. Some are more difficult to properly relock than others, and i want to get other mods' opinions about terraria and the we were here games so i am not giving you an unfair response for them. So bear with me while trying to go about this in a way to keep from getting both of us confused haha. After your next post, i'll probably let you know when i have another response for you each time so you do not have to wonder.
SO, with that being said, i want to start with Pinball Arcade and PAYDAY 2. Also, i want to note that relocking achievements so games have 0 unlocked will not fix your AGC at all. It will actually count it as having 0% achievements unlocked, since you had achievements in it before.
- Pinball Arcade: go ahead and just reopen the game and see if any achievements unlock. You may need to open one of the pinball tables as well, just to be safe.
- Payday 2: this game is rather annoying for your end with trying to relock it properly. You'll need to use this mod, otherwise the achievements will continue to unlock: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... =753301607
Once you reset your progress with this mod, go ahead and relock the game's achievements and statistics in SAR as well (link can be found in our Appeals FAQs)
With doing this for both games, any cheating will be completely wiped and you can start fresh with them.

Re: Tweevo Appeal
Alright, so I've downloaded and gone over PAYDAY 2 and Pinball Arcade.
For Pinball Arcade, I launched the game, opened up a table, and played for a minute or two (making sure not to submit any scores or anything) and no achievements unlocked, so I think that's fine.
For PAYDAY 2, I launched the game an initial time out of curiosity before downloading the mod, and 2 achievements did unlock. So I went and downloaded SuperBLT and the Full Clear mod, and I think I did it correctly? The screenshots in the Steam forum post about it showed that it adds an entirely new 'Clear Progress' button to the options menu, but this wasn't the case for me. I couldn't get that to show up even though the mod was supposedly installed and working. So, that said, I did find a button in an advanced options menu to 'Reset Account Progression'. It seems like that button is vanilla, but reading the details of the Full Clear mod it does explicitly state that it is "A mod that *changes the 'Reset Progress' button* to not only reset your in-game save data, but also reset achievements and additional trackers... etc etc". So the mod may have gotten an update since that guide. Anyways, I clicked the button and it did reset all my in-game statistics and took away my achievements without having to use SAR, so...? I guess it worked. I did go into SAR anyways just to make sure that all my achievements and statistics were cleared, and opening the game again didn't unlock anything.
Hopefully that's all good, and nothing went wrong with the PAYDAY 2 mod.

Re: Tweevo Appeal
I mean if it works it works, always nice when that games works right for relocking it. We've had some issues with it in the past.
Now for clicker heroes, the we were heres, and crush crush.
-clicker heroes: i probably should have said this already, but go ahead and open the game to check for any achievements that automatically unlock. If they don't you should be good.
-we were here / we were here too: generally, i leave this decision up to whoever is appealing for the reason you described. It is best to relock a game if you think it may have been cheated at all, the specific achievement at minimum. While looking over it myself, it appears that you did not use it, but it can be hard to tell. If you think you really did use SAM, it would be best to relock it/them. If you don't think you did, then they are fine.
-crush crush: do the same thing as i asked with clicker heroes. Again, you should be fine with this one if nothing unlocks right away.
I have not looked through your other games yet, but i will before giving you a response about terraria. I'm asking the other staff members about the best thing to do for that game, on your end.

Re: Tweevo Appeal
Crush Crush and Clicker Heroes are both good to go! Crush Crush had nothing notable happen whatsoever, and Clicker Heroes did pop the first two "Kill x monsters" achievements opening it today, but that's just because I reset it back on Tuesday and the game's progressing offline.
As for the We Were Here games, I've looked over all the achievements and watched walkthrough videos on the secret ones, and the only thing that stuck out to me was that I remembered having to do the steps for the "Another Way" achievement in We Were Here Too multiple times. I looked it up and found a couple accounts of people saying that only the person that actually walked out and triggered the cutscene got the achievement, which sounds super familiar, and would be the reason we did the steps more than once. With that, I don't feel like I actually did anything illegitimate, so I'm comfortable leaving it as is if you are.

Re: Tweevo Appeal
Great! Lastly, terarria. I believe the best course of action to take would be to go ahead and relock that specific achievement. If you want to unlock it again, you'll need to either do 30 more fishing quests to get the rod, or play with a character that has already obtained it legitimately.

Sounds good to me! That achievement is now relocked, and I opened the game to check if it immediately unlocked, which it didn't.

Wonderful. I just updated your trackers for terraria, so everything should be good now. Thanks for your patience with the process, i know it took a bit to figure that all out. If any other issues pop up for you in the future, feel free to let one of us know and we'll see what we can do to help.
