The Brave Mouse - I had completed all requirements but as it had 4 broken achievements, I used SAM to give them to myself.
The Stanley Parable - I had given myself the achievement "Commitment" and "Go outside" using SAM.
Team Fortress 2 - I used an Achievement Community Server to give myself all achievements for the game.
GRIP: Combat Racing - I used SAM to give myself all achievements in the game
Garry's Mod - I used SAM to give myself "Yes, I am the real garry!" along with the four achievements to get 10-1,000 thumbs up on an upload.
Tumblestone - I used SAM to give myself the achievements not obtainable in the Trial version of the game.
The Adventures of Capitano Navarro - The achievements in this game are for completing levels. I had completed 3/6 levels and gave myself the rest.

I have since locked the achievements for those games. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Hey Octaret, thanks for creating an appeal about this.

Looking over your profile, everything looks good aside from what is listed below:
1) clicker heroes: while this does not cause a ban, it looks like you have used another person's save file for achievements, or cheated in some other form. There are several clusters of achievements unlocked all together. Do you remember what you did?
2) Telepathy zero: This game has a big cluster of achievements at the end of you playing that is not normally seen. Do you remember what may have happened here?
