Hello, years back I wasn't really smart with steam and one of the most dumbest choices for me was using SAM on specific games in which interest me, and even if some were games that didn't interest me, others did and Obviously made me cheat due to loss of interest through progression or wanting of trading cards.

Games:
Dead or Alive 5 and 6 - These two games were used with SAM, even as a free to play player, I had interest in playing through the game but out of boredom I decided to get 100% on all of them.

Killer Instinct - Half of the achievements were cheating, since I didn't want to use specific characters and I also didn't want to play ranked since ranked is literally dead on Steam and not Xbox.

Tekken 7 - Last few achievements I didn't want to continue through the cheesy story mode, or not even do online tournaments (online tournaments have very little playerbase on PC).

Press X to Not Die - Didn't want to complete other endings or DLC.

Blade Kitten - Didn't want to progress more through the game, nor the DLC.

InCell - Don't have a VR headset, and it appears all achievements got SAM'd.

Dynamite Jack - Had no interest in playing through the game more, decided to SAM it.

Emily is Away - Got one ending, but didn't get through the others.

Cloud Chamber - At the time the game was around, I didn't have time to socialize with other players, since this game was an ARG social game. The servers got shut down, and I decided to SAM it.

CastleMiner Z - Got all the achievements out of boredom.

Red Johnson's Chronicles - The time I got it, didn't work on my PC, so it got SAM'd as well.

Retro City Rampage DX - Didn't want to continue, since I restarted through the game and never got through finishing it 100%.

Portal - I thought I finished it, but I noticed the achievements were hacked as well.

Batman Arkham City - Finished it, didn't want to do the riddler trophies, or challenges or anything else, not even the Robin DLC.

Gang Wars - Bugged, got it for the TF2 hat even if the game shut down.

404 Sight - Didn't want to play it, got SAM'd.

Saints Row IV - Finished throughout the game, half of the achievements for SAM'd because I didn't want to 100% it or do coop achievements.

Binary Domain - Finished it, didn't want to replay the game in different dificulties, trust system or even trying to do survival or multiplayer (multiplayer is dead).

Afterfall InSanity - The game was bad, and I didn't want to replay the game again and again in different dificulties.

Soul Gambler - Didn't want to get other endings, so I got all of the achievements too.

Skyrim - Did it since I was going to finish the game anyways modded or not, but most of the modding made the game busted in terms of balancing and questing.

Here's a list of games, in where I literally grinded for the trading cards and decided to get all the achievements through SAM, some of these games I played a little bit, but I had more interest in trading cards rather than the game itself:

Forgot to mention, these were the few games I remember cheating. I don't know which others.

In terms of games popping a ton of achievements, I only could remember three or four of them. Examples are:
Terraria - When they added new content and achievements
Destiny 2 - When the Steam version came out
Warframe - During the Second Dream update
DJMax Respect V - When it came out of early access

Hey Epikuwu, thanks for creating an appeal about this. When you are able to, go ahead and relock the achievements in those games that have been cheated. The last 4 your listed in your most recent post ought to be fine. I want to take care of what you know was cheated first before looking at other games in your profile. After you relock what is already listed, please open each game to make sure nothing automatically unlocks on startup. There may be save files or statistics that need to be deleted if this happens.

I relocked all of the ones that were listed except for Killer Instinct. I've been having a doubt with Killer Instinct because there's more than 400 achievements for the game, and doing it one by one might feel super tedious on doing so. One other thing I think that could happen with my achievements in Killer Instinct is that I dont know if those achievements or my Killer Instinct save saves with the Microsoft servers. So i'm in doubts that if I relock them it will unlock the half of the achievements I had already unlocked. I want to clear these, and maybe if I have to relock all of them for being a huge game then I'll have to do so. Any thoughts?

It would be best to relock anything cheated with killer instincts. Once you do, if anything automatically unlocks on startup, there may be save data or statistics needed to be deleted.

Looking at your other games:
-camera obscura looks to have been cheated
-poker night at the inventory has several achievements unlocked together that are not normally seen

For Camera Obscura, I completely forgot I cheated at that one, I also forgot about Poker Night at the Inventory. I did Poker Night for the tf2 hat.
Killer Instinct on the other hand I'm gonna need some coffee on this one.

I reset for Camera Obscura, for Poker Night on the other hand I got rid of the several achievements with the same timestamps. Is there any other game i'm going to need to relock in the meanwhile of relocking Killer Instinct one by one?

Scratch that. For Killer Instinct I decided to clear out the save, and pretty much start from scratch. It's not going to be a problem, and when booting it didn't recognize the achievements since I got rid of my original save.

I also just found some games that may have been removed from your account at some point and were possible cheated as well. Do you remember anything about these?
