Hey mods, I've been achievement hunting ever so around. Random will to collect them and get 100%. Although in the past times I did small cheesing and cheatsy moments.
And I guess it would be fair to apply myself to go for clean start if acceptable.

Team Fortress 2 - The very first hack I did was this game, as a kid. First time ever used Steam Achievement Manager after few years later instant regret. To note I have used Steam Achievement Manager once more to reset the achievements back to zero. Except... I used in-game plug-in server commands to get all achievements at one (!givemeall command) Right now though I have reset them back to zero. Just to clarify that is.

Killing Floor 1 - IMPORTANT: Small side note I used Steam Achievement Manager on this game to test how it works before proceeding on Team Fortress 2. I basically fiddled with every option on this game as much as I remember. But I definitely to this day can confirm I reset it to 0% and did the rest of the achievements fair and square.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - I became lazy, I even did pacifist run fully as first playthrough. Then I called it a bummer and didn't wanted to do a second playthrough so I cheesed it with a grater and got someone else's savefile and got the rest of the achievements.

AdVenture Capitalist - Reached all the way to Moon and Mars fair and square. Then hit myself to the brim and used time manipulation, reverting time back and forth till I got huge tons of dosh and "won" the game like that.

Hey razorkiller, thanks for creating an appeal about this. When you have the chance, go ahead and relock any cheated achievements with SAR, as well as reset the statistics. When you have done this, reopen the games and see if any achievements automatically unlock. There may be some save data that needs to be deleted if this happens.

I forgot that stats affect Team Fortress 2 achievements, I reset everything once more there.

Although where do I get SAR? All I need to reset Deus Ex and AdVenture.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is set. File saves (even other person's save file was still stored there to this day) are gone and reset.

There's one catch with Adventure Capitalist though, seems whenever I reset and remove the files as it states where they're stored: still refuses to reset.
I did stop Steam Cloud sync, that doesn't help either as I start the game and achievements pop, and save file is still persisting. Any clue on this one?

I got it all set, there was an official guide in-game I followed to fully reset files. AdVenture Capitalist save file is also reset, updated and uploaded new Steam Cloud so it starts fresh.

I'm set? I've reset the games that I cheated on, does feel good to end on the right note.
