Sorry for the delay, but all we can really thing of is that based on the data we have available to us, it appears that you or someone else who has access to your account changed the trophy/ achievement timestamps to mirror another psn user's timestamps. This was done after the other person had already earned them, and not that user changing their achievements to match yours.


It looks like you have also used cfw or some other sort of tool on metal gear solid 4 in the past to change timestamps, and said as much. You can see why we would have a hard time believing you.

I'm sorry to hear that, no judge should base a new trial on past things.
I don't know what else to say. I never used a hack, the game I got expelled was done by a friend who betrayed my trust and did something I still don't know that got me "identified".
I can't state what I haven't done so I can't offer you more info or details.
If that is your final decision, I'm out of power and will accept the consequences, even if I think them not fair, but I have no power left...

I’m willing to cooperate.
I used the console clock trick for Fallout Shelter, used downloaded file for Arcadia and let a friend play MGS4 (I assume he cheated since psnprofiles was so adamantly sure, even if I don’t know how they are)

Do you still have any communications with this friend? We'll need you to ask them if they used any cheating methods for both games with suspected cfw usage.

No, he's more an acquaintence than a friend, but I can always ask.

I managed to contact him and he didn't want to answer completely.
He just told me he needed a "virgin PS4" with an old system software. Obviously he didn't tell me this when I contacted him just to ask to "help me on some games with some trophies", i wouldn't never ruin a legit account (check how many other games i've played) if he said everthing on that day... (or maybe days, i don't think he did both games on a single run).
What's my options now?

Apologies for the delay, but after some discussion with the exophase developer, i now know that for an appeal, there is not a max number of games that can be hidden on your profile, unlike psnprofiles which has a maximum amount that can be hidden (which is why you were banned on there i believe). In saying that, the following games would be hidden on your exophase profile: Arcania, fallout shelter, metal gear solid 4, and twisted metal.

Due to the ban and reasons provided on the PSNP forums, combined with discussion on these forums, i believe this is the best step to take. There isn't a way to fix this on console like there is on steam, so hiding the games does essentially the same thing. However, if any more games are discovered to be cheated in some form after the date of this appeal (meaning the trophies that are unlocked after this appeal is completed), it will result in being banned without another chance being given to you.

TLDR: we can hide the 4 cheated games and your profile will be unbanned, but can be banned again if future games are cheated.

It’s ok for me to hide “bad” trophies in order to get back on leaderboards. I have a question to ask though: did you understand that I didn’t cheat or hack Fallout Shelter? I asked for a save file but in the end I decided to follow an easier and more legit way (internal clock time skipping, found in several online platinum guides, maybe on psnprofiles one too.
Can we spare Fallout Shelter from the “purge”? ^^;
