Elavon Appeal (Complete)

Hello everyone,
I followed instructions and posted in here because I've just found out that my PSN rank is currently suspended.
My PSN name is Elavon, my discord name is Elavon#0865
What's the reason?
On my hand, the most suspicious thing coming up in my mind is about my latest platinum (The Sims 4).
It popped many trophies all together and it could be identified as hacking by some bots, or some random inspector.
However, it was done in a legit-ish way using pre-formed families downloaded by EA Gallery (as i found out reading a platinum trophy guide found elsewhere).

During my evaluation, can I ask what was identified as suspicious? I'd like to understand ^^;

Alrighty, so i did some asking around and we figured out what you were tagged for.

It appears that Arcania, fallout shelter, metal gear solid 4, and twisted metal were possibly cheated in some form. Do you remember what might have happened with these?

Wow, so many...
Honestly, a lot of time passed for some of them and I don't remember.
I do remember using the internal clock adjustment trick for Fallout Shelter to shorten platinum time.
About Arcania I don't know what's wrong with it, what did you find wrong?
The same about MGS4 and Twisted Metal, I don't remember but I can try to explain if you tell me what's wrong with them

These were the reasons given for each game:

Arcania: downloaded a save file
Fallout Shelter: Downloaded a save file
Metal gear solid 4: possible use of custom firmware (CFW)
Twisted metal: edited the trophy list

Apparently, your profile on PSNprofiles is also banned but i dont think we can really help out all too much there, considering there are literally no posted rules that i can find. But i can help with your exophase ban. The pre-made families are fine for the sims is fine so no need to worry about that. I believe these four games are the primary cause.

I didn't edit anything in Twisted Metal, I don't own any modded PS4, I used console clock editing to speed up Fallout Shelter and platinum trophy guides for Arcania (like I do for every game I play).
I don't know how this can help me clear suspicions, but I really don't know how to act ^^;
