Hello, I was banned on the leaderboards for using SAM in the past, but have decided to come clean. If it helps the case, here is my astats profile that I also had to appeal on, just to make it easier for you to get a decision: http://astats.astats.nl/astats/User_Inf ... 8152616399

As I said, I have cheated in some games before, but sadly I can't remember all of them. The achievements were gotten with SAM. A list of the games I still remember and that I have relocked:

Just cause 2:MP
Transformice
Hitman: Absolution
Saints row 3+4
Tomb Raider
AirMech Strike
AdVenture Capitalist (All of the achievements I have unlocked at once, were the ones that popped up after resetting my normal achievements. I have played the game a lot in offline mode as well, so the time might look a bit weird. I can post screenshots from in-game if needed)
Bloons TD Battles
Rochard
Terraria
Beyond Gravity
Battle Islands
Block N Load
Get Off My Lawn

There might be some more, but there is pretty much no way for me to check anymore which games were cheated. If it is really needed, I guess I could ask an astats admin to send me the list again, from my last appeal.

I wouldn't mind locking something again, as long as it was not acquired in an intended way. If it was legit, I can at least explain it if needed. Both me and the person that reviewed my last appeal are just humans, so maybe something slipped away for both of us.

Hey rederdex, thanks for creating an appeal about this. Looking over these games, i wanted to ask you about some:

Hitman Absolution: there are several clusters of achievements in this back in 2015
Saints row 4: also a small cluster towards the end
tomb raider: small cluster
bloons td battles: small cluster
battle islands: small cluster

Do you remember why these might still have clusters in them?

For Hitman it was most likely because I had a pretty bad internet connection at the time I played it, so either my internet got cut out or I was plain playing in offline mode.
Saints Row IV - These are the achievements that got auto unlocked when I restarted the game after relocking it, as I have already gotten these things on my save game
For TR I guess it's the same thing as for Hitman
Bloons TD - These are the achievements that auto unlocked after relaunching the game, all legit
Battle islands - I have literally no idea about this one, but I can send a screenshot of the achievements in-game. They were acquired in a legit way.


I have used SAM around march 2016, I don't remember the exact date. Never cheated in a game before

For saints row 4 and bloons TD, do you mean you had cheated the achievements before initially unlocking them, but continued playing to the point where you would have gotten them anyways, causing them to unlock when you relocked the game for cheating?

I mean that these achievements were cheated, as I wasn't that far in the games at that point in time, but I continued to play them afterward. After relocking them again and relaunching the game, they automatically popped up as they were technically done already.

Alright so this brings us to a slight problem: the achievements in saints row 4 and bloons td are still essentially cheated, even though you now have the progress. What should have been done during your AStats appeal was having your save files and statistics deleted to prevent achievements from automatically unlocking on startup. Yes, you did play through and eventually get the progress needed, but you still used SAM to get them in the first place. Unfortunately, the staff there did not bring you through the correct procedures to properly relock saints row 4 (and bloons td as i believe you said the same thing happened). To fix this, the achievements that all unlocked at the same time will need to be relocked, and save files deleted or statistics reset to prevent this from happening again.

No, as I said. The achievements themselves are not cheated.

They were cheated on at some point in march 2016, and since then they've been relocked.
After I have relaunched the game, they have automatically unlocked since the checks for them have been met in-game. If you want me to show you a screenshot of my save file, I can gladly do that.
So they were unlocked through steam again, not with sam. Everything that was cheated was relocked.
The 16th of March, this year, is when I have posted the appeal on the other site.

These are some photos that show my SR4 save file. As you can see I haven't played since 2018. I have played just in co-op, up to this point and it shows that I have acquired at least 100 data clusters, with which I've bought the upgrades.
It is kind of hard to prove all of that.

As for Bloons, I'm not really sure there's a way for me to prove that these achievements are legit... I can send you a link to my profile (if that's even possible), if it has a match history of some sorts and you really want hard proof of them.


EDIT: I have not played since 2018, but have launched the game once more after relocking the other achievements to see if anything pops up, which has happened. Just to make it clear and not make it look even more cheaty

To be clear: it is not okay that you still have cheated, "improperly-relocked" achievements that all auto-unlocked at the same time again. This means your original relocking/cleaning of these cheated games was improper.

1. Please relock all Saints Row 4 achievements that "automatically unlocked since the checks were met in-game" - please wipe all save files/etc. needed so that when you start the game up again, no achievements trigger.
2. Please relock all Bloons TD Battles achievements that "automatically unlocked since the checks were met in-game" - please wipe all save files/etc. needed so that when you start the game up again, no achievements trigger.

I get why you are asking me to do that.
But:
1. I didn't alter with the save games in any way whatsoever
2. I have already relocked everything that wasn't got in a legit way.

What if like 5 achievements have the wrong dates.
I'm not going to restart SR4 for that, and I'm for sure not gonna give up my bloons account.

If restarting save games on all of the cheated games is necessary, even though nothing sketchy was done with them, you can deny this appeal.

Also, I'd take a look at the fastest completion in pretty much every game on your site, if I were you

You used SAM, then relocked a game. Then you reopened the game later and already-cheated achievements re-popped, which means that the original cheating was never cleaned. The account still contains "cheated" achievements, even if you have done them "legit" on the side or on top of cheated achievements.
