Hey there. Well, here's my appeal.

Here's the situation: I live in rural nowheresville. From when I was born, to June 22nd, 2018, I have not had access to internet at my house. Well, that's technically not true - I once called AT&T and they "congratulated" me for being able to obtain dial-up service. This was approximately 2014. Yeah. Considering my options were either awful dial-up, awful satellite, or nothing, I... chose nothing. I would play Steam in (completely offline) mode, and obtain achievements. Then, when I would (typically) visit my mother a town over about every Saturday, I would physically lug my desktop with me, and connect to the internet. As such, I am flagged for suspicious behavior, because I have so many achievements with the same time stamp. Note, however, that they are never online games that are impossible to do so legitimately, but games such as Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. There was a period of time where a neighbor got satellite access, and with his permission, I was able to use his connection. I don't remember the date for this, but judging at my completionist.me achieves, it appears to be approximately 2017-09-15, so I would assume that a large majority of achievements before then would appear suspicious?

In terms of specific games that have been flagged, I remember a mod saying that The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was the one that was flagging me. Let me be clear: I have never used SAM or any cheat similar in any game ever. Period.

Alright, what you've said and shown regarding poor/rural internet connection makes sense for the types of unlock patterns we are seeing across a few of your games from that time period. Thanks for providing that information. It is unfortunate, but of course offline play can reaaaalllllllyy complicate things in terms of achievements appearing legitimate.
