Hello, I'd like permission to re-lock some achievements I've unlocked illegitimately over the past years I've been hunting. I'm not banned from any trackers, and I'd like to keep it that way.

Games:
DLC Quest - "Man That's Fast!", "Man That's Really Fast!"
I edited the file that tracks the game time, which is against the rules. I'd like to lock these achievements and earn them properly.

The Stanley Parable - "Go Outside"
I altered the time/date to get this. I thought this was suppose to be done on purpose since this game has a lot of silly achievements, but this isn't allowed.

The Forest - "Bad Father"
I used a console command that increased the passage of time. I had assumed that The Stanley Parable's achievement was a special case, but the rules state anything that involves doing things that unrealistically pass time aren't allowed.

Miasmata - "Pyro", "Botanical Bad A**", "The Bored Cartographer", "Just doing some light reading?"
I used an unofficial community patch that fixed these achievements. This was way before I joined 100Pals, and there weren't any rules regarding using community fixes if I recall, but this is no longer allowed.
*I'd like to request that Miasmata just be completely invalidated instead of having to remove them. I really enjoyed getting this 100% and I'd like to keep it, but if its absolutely required they can be removed.

Other Possible Games:
The Binding of Isaac
There are some achievements that have identical unlock times in my list. I believe this was because multiple users on the same computer can "use" someone's file despite having separate accounts, causing some achievements to unlock retroactively. I did play through the game legitimately based on the other achievements, but I can either remove those achievements or clear the list entirely.

INFRA - "One Man Is Not Enough"
I used a console command to teleport myself to the last room in the game. This room is an epilogue area where, upon interacting and/or waiting long enough, the game will end and the achievement unlocks.
I'm not sure if this is considered cheating, but I can remove this if it is.

As of writing this, these have been the achievements I've found that would go against the Unified Achievement rules. If I ever find any more I'll leave them here, or if there's anything else you'd like to inquire about, please send me a message via Discord.

Hey Spartawarrior, thanks for creating an appeal about this. For the forest and infra, these games are fine.

These two achievements in DLC quest will need to be relocked, as well as anything in binding of isaac that you unlocked in that fashion. You may need to delete any relevant save data and the statistics to make sure these are relocked correctly. Go ahead and reopen the games to make sure nothing automatically unlocks on startup. The same can be done for The Stanley Parable.

Looking at miasmata, this should fall under file editing. Unfortunately, we can't let you take an invalidation for this game, so the 4 broken achievements will need to be relocked.

Hello again, DLC Quest, The Stanley Parable, and Miasmata's achievements mentioned above have been re-locked and started up to confirm they remained locked.

For The Binding of Isaac, I had trouble trying to re-lock the achievements and decided to just clear the whole achievement list, hopefully that's okay. They don't seem to re-lock upon start up.

Regarding The Forest, I'd just like one more confirmation that achievement is okay keep? It's very clearly stated as an example in NA-10 so I'm not sure what exactly would cause this achievement to be invalidated in the rules.

Oh oops, you're right about the forest. I was going to start with games to relock first, but then switched to the game you could keep unlocked instead. Didn't catch that i had the forest there still haha. Sorry about the confusion there!!

So yes, bad father will also need to be relocked. Once that is done, you should be good to go!

Alright, The Forest achievement is now re-locked. All my saves don't appear to re-unlock it so they should be fine.
