Hey Yuigz, thanks for creating an appeal about this. It looks like zaccaria is the only issue, so it should be an easy enough fix!

When you are able to, please download SAR (https://achievementhunting.com/guides/relock) and relock the achievements in zaccaria pinball, as well as reset the statistics. Once you have done that, open the game again to make sure nothing automatically unlocks on startup. Let me know if there are any troubles with doing this!

Hmm, it looks like everything automatically unlocked again when you started the game back up. Did you also reset the statistics with SAR when relocking the achievements?
