Hey Mods, I just got verified and there was an issue with 1 game and I'd like to appeal for it.

So the issue is that I have all of the achievements and almost no playtime on it. Here's how that happened, I bought the game for both myself and my girlfriend since we both like having achievements. We decided we'd do them from her account first, we played through the whole game and got all of them. Some time after, we decided it's time to get them on my side as well. As soon as I launched the game (from the same laptop) apparently it checked the local save and all of the achievements popped.
I can provide all sorts of proofs that we bought the game at the same time, that she has hours on the game on her account, etc.
But I'm guessing the main issue and discussion is, whether the save that popped those achievements is considered mine or not. Perhaps it's a good idea to have more info on what is considered "your save".
And honestly my issue isn't as much as not having the achievements for this specific game counted, but being perceived as a cheater, when I haven't cheated at all in my mind or having to use external tools to modify the achievements on my profile (when I've never done something like this) would make me feel like my profile is "messed up". Which is big for me considering I don't really play games just to get my achievement count up, rather I play games that I enjoy and I try to get all of their achievements in order to have my profile "good".

Thanks for the consideration, I hope there's at least some discussion although I expect I will have to relock it anyways.

Hey 4th Thunder, thanks for creating an appeal about this. As this pretty much counts as her save, the game can't count for points on your profile's trackers. As of right now, the game is invalidated, but does not call for a profile ban, nor make you look like a cheater since your account is currently not banned. If you would like for it to count for points, i can help you properly relock the game using SAR (we have a link and instructions in our FAQs) to make sure nothing automatically unlocks again when starting the game up, and it can count for points. But as of right now, it is just invalidated. Please let me know what you decide .

On which trackers is it considered as invalidated?
I saw it is on steamhunters but the rest seem to not have it marked.

Anyways for now at least, I will be leaving it like that. Maybe in the future I will relock them.
