Those that show the "invalidated" mark on the site:

(Interestingly I have other EA games that also have all Steam achievements unlocked at once but for some reason they are not marked as invalidated for example BF3/BF4/NFS Heat ..etc, I also have other EA games that I have some progress on Origin but haven't yet downloaded them from Steam .. so I guess I will be back here again down the road).

*Payday 2:
Back in Summer 2016 I downloaded a mod that unlocks weapon skins, that mod can also lock/unlock dlcs and achievements..
One day I was out and my little brother wanted to unlock some of the characters I don't own so he missed with the mod which lead to locking and unlocking all those achievements at once.

I did an appeal on Astats for this back then but they updated their forums later on I think as I can't find that appeal, however they did accept the appeal as their site still recording the original time stamps of unlocking all the achievements and fortunately I had the game on 100% legit back then so all the achievements that got relocked and unlocked were done legit before that accident.

Hey AMR, thanks for creating an appeal about this. For Payday 2, it will pretty much have to be entirely relocked in order for the game to count again on trackers, as the game does not allow relocking achievements without resetting the progress entirely. Otherwise, we will have to keep it invalidated due to the unlocks from mod use.

As I said all the achievements affected by the mod have already been unlocked legit before that accident as shown by their original unlock time stamps on my Astats PD2 page.
That being said I understand checking all those achievements one by one will require insane amount of time and effort, and as fun those ~ 2500hrs were for me I don't see myself going through PD2 all over again.
So sadly I guess it will have to stay marked as invalidated.

Now back to the important thing, EA Games .. I'll wait for a word on them
In the meantime there is 1 EA game that has 1 broken achievement that I want to report but I couldn't find where to report that
If you please could direct me to where to do that
