But now that uplay has been upgraded to ubisoft connect, all challenges have been reset. Now I have completed many challenges by myself, hoping to restore my ranking in exophase.com

Apologies for the delay, i've been talking to one of the exophase staff about the appeal. They'll be adding you back to the leaderboards. Depending on theoretical changes that Ubisoft can make, say for better challenge tracking, it could potentially mess you up in the future if these challenges get readded to your account. But unless they actually do this you should be fine. That's something we can figure out if the time ever comes haha. Let us know if you have any other issues!
