The only game I cheated on is Beast Blaster, which has ~1250 broken achievements. I used following guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 1593139588 to unlock the achievements using a different game's file. I wasn't aware that this was against the guidelines.

I'll relock the achievements of that game if necessary.

Hey xHascox, thanks for creating an appeal about this. Unfortunately, this method will get you banned on most trackers besides AStats, which is not always made too clear unless you look at some of the trackers.
