Counter-Strike: Source : Achieved the "Gift Grab" achievement with the custom server that was up for about 2 months, From what I know that was an approved method (on Astats, not sure about SteamHunters).
That is the only achievement that seems to lead to my profile being invalidated.

It is not allowed on Steamhunters, Exophase, Metagamerscore and any other site that follows the Unified Achievement Hunting Rules. Astats does not follow the UAHR and is not associated with the UAHR.
You'll just need to follow the FAQ and relock your gift grab achievement using SAR https://achievementhunting.com/guides/relock to complete your appeal and be revalidated.
