Hello.
So in short, I have memory loss issues due to medical problems. A lot of memories are missing or foggy, some I remember just fine. The long version is several years ago I started getting nausea all the time. To the point of being unable to function as a human being. Several months later when I was at my wits end, I found out it was because I had developed hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). Nausea aside, hyperthyroidism can cause memory loss or better put with a quick google search: "can also cause cognitive problems that can mimic symptoms of mild dementia". I got pills to combat the hyperthyroidism, and a month later after a blood test we find out the pills had been too effective and I have now developed hypothyroidism (under-active thyroid) which, wouldn't you know, also can cause memory issues. And it did, for me anyway. Fast forward many years to now where I wanted to come clean and posted an appeal on AStats, but after months of no response I put the appeal "on pause" because I started to doubt I had re-locked everything. I know I locked everything I could remember having cheated in, and even games I doubted I had but wasn't sure. But even most of those were by going through my own profile and looking for suspicious unlocks and trying to remember by doing that. My point is, I have locked what I could, but I need help finding games that are suspicious because I can't do it on my own with my memory issues. What I did lock I have already forgotten the details about why for some games.

Games:
A game of Dwarves: As far as I remember, it was 1 or 2 achievements I unlocked at the end, but I re-locked everything just to be sure.

The Binding of Isaac: I remember playing this in school with friends and bringing home the save file and it unlocked a lot of achievements on startup. Unsure if there's anything beyond that, but locked everything to be sure.

Clicker Heroes: Don't recall any details, but looked cheated to me when I looked at the unlock times. Locked everything.

Dwarfs!?: I think I used Cheat Engine to help me with some harder achievements. Locked everything.

Jamestown: I believe I used SAM for this. Locked everything.

Mount & Blade: Warband: Used in-game cheats to teleport around the map. Locked everything.

Shatter: Don't recall any details, but perhaps SAM. Locked everything.

Super Meat Boy: Used SAM to unlock the hardest achievements. Locked everything.

I would appreciate any help in finding games I have missed! Thank you for your time.

Have you found any additional "strange" games @Zakko - and did you already manually update your relocked games on AStats?

I did try re-checking, however try as I might I can't remember more than I already have. There may be an achievement here or there, maybe not. I really don't know anymore, but I certainly did my best in looking for them. Difficult when no bell starts ringing. I did re-lock them on AStats yes, when I originally posted my appeal there.

The few things I recall about Arkham Asylum is somehow coming across the "April fools" package from Joker and it coincidentally actually being April 1st. I do see a bunch of oddly unlocked achievements and all I know is I had a lot of issues making achievements actually unlock and saving and re-loading and Googling for help. I solved it somehow. I can lock everything if you want.

I think I used a walkthrough for Legend of Grimrock so I kind of shot through the game, although I didn't get any of the harder achievements. I still remember wanting to come back to the game some day to get the last achievements, I think it's legit.

I don't know about Darksiders. I do have memories of it, but it's all gameplay. A chest I was proud of finding on my first run-through and trying hard to learn combos. I don't know why it's 11 hours, I was sure I spent a long time and used guide for collectibles I missed. Oh that reminds me, that game did (does?) have issues with Steam and achievements. Perhaps something to do with that? I can lock it if need be.

I'm completely blanking on Deus Ex - Missing link. I don't know. Can lock if you want.

Bioshock Remastered. That was the third time I've 100% it, twice before for the non-remastered version. Well, 100% the non-remastered version by doing everything I knew of. I don't recall any cheating, and I know I wouldn't need it either.

Tomb Raider was the second time I played it, first time was at a friend's house where we 100% the SP. Quite a while later IIRC I finally got it myself and did the same. I didn't bother with the multiplayer achievements which are what really makes the 100% take forever.

Most likely followed a guide for Deus Ex - Human Revolution. I believe you can get all achievements in a single playthrough so I likely opted for that from the start.
