Hey Doctor, thanks for creating an appeal about this. Before I mark this as complete, can you please reopen the game to make sure nothing automatically unlocks on startup? If this happens, you may need to relocked the achievements once more, as well as reset the statistics. This game likes to be difficult.

Yes I checked that re-opening the game after re-locking didn't unlock achievements again (FWIW I used the in-game console command to re-lock, not a 3rd party tool).
