hey there, I recently got banned from SH for the gift grab achievement - I acquired it during the 100pals event.

Hey Ana, thanks for creating an appeal about this. What do you mean by having acquired it during the 100Pals event? This isn't something that we ever did.

With this method having been deemed as breaking the rules, this achievement will need to be relocked in order to be unbanned. You can find a link to SAR in our FAQs, as well as an explanation on how to properly relock this .
