Good afternoon, an active hunter for achievements, and already a year ago I was removed from the leaderboard on SteamHunters for hacking games that had already been deleted and blocked in the store and it bothered me a lot, but here Astats allowed me to get broken achievements with the replacement of files, but I did not take into account one that on SH it is forbidden and now I want to remove the ban from myself and not do this anymore.

Hey Demon_Dronny, thanks for creating an appeal for this. When you have a chance, can you please relock any of the achievements gained with this method with SAR? A link to this can be found in our FAQs. You may need to delete any relevant statistics as well. Once you have done that, please reopen each game to make sure nothing automatically unlocks on startup.
