Spacewar is a removed steamwork application created to show how the devs can implement steam features into their game.
I got one invalidated achievement in this game : NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_NAME_0_4.
It is unlocked by actually adding the missing achievement into the game, by downloading the game from the official steamworks url and modifying it as intended by the developers.

Hi we're currently discussing whether or not Spacewar falls under a category of grandfathered edge cases and what that outcome would mean. When collating the UAHR we typically had a strict cut off of methods that were previously available or sanctioned by other ruling body's. We typically port those grandfathered edge cases over to the ruleset and mandate their severity of punishment which could be a profile ban, a game invalidation only, or no enforcement. It seems the information here was not available at the time of writing the ruleset and having been newly re-discovered, it is something to be discussed and conferred upon. These edge cases are clauses that tend to be hypocritical to the base ruleset and are only added in the case of a grandfathered edge case from other rulesets past if amenable, or if a new method is completely devoid of past similarity/context to base rules.

It seems currently as is, this method violates Rule NA-3 https://achievementhunting.com/rules#na-3

That could change atleast if, this is truly an instance where this method is part of a grandfathered edge case and it becomes a game invalidation only.
