Game: Forge of Gods

I started this game in the beginning of January (around Jan 2.) Around January 18, they announced that they were shutting down the game. It felt like a slap to the face, so I wanted to make it look like I never started this game. I asked Astats if it was okay for me to relock achievements. They said yes. I tried contacting Steam to delete my stats, however, they could not. After troubleshooting, the achievements that I locked were unlocked all at once when I launched the game. After that, I just gave up and left it as it is.

Here's my proof of chat with Astats during that process and they were okay with it.

Hi Marona, thank you for taking the time to appeal.
The tracker-wide rules listed at https://100pals.co/rules (Rule #1) state that achievements should never be unlocked OR relocked except for cheated achievements in relation to active appeals under a moderator's supervision. I recommend reviewing the comprehensive rules and feel free to ask questions on the pals discord if you have any questions in future cases. Better safe than sorry.

Aesthetic relocks are not allowed, like the ones users might want to do as part of "fixing AGC". Vanity relocking achievements is actually very detrimental to your AGC because these games still count as a 0% into the computed average, but that is not relevant as to why it is not allowed. It obfuscates achievement stats and history and is commonly used to hide cheating.

We heavily discourage people from relocking legitimate achievements, and relocks should only be done as a means to complete a cheaters' appeal under mod supervision. We will take note of it and mention it to all achievement trackers as it can call an account into suspicion for having used unlocker/relocker tools.
