Risk of Rain 2 - A friend told me I could get goodies by messing around with notepad files and accidentally ended up unlocking all the achievements that were out at the time. As of now, I have currently reset all my achievements.
The Stanley Parable - I was just getting into achievement hunting on PC and decided I couldn't wait 5 years to unlock one achievement so I messed with my computer's time settings. Achievement has been relocked.
