I have relocked 4 TF2 Youtube achievements which I got without required views (using a python server workaround).
Both hack plus relocking happened before I joined Steam Hunters. I have made succesful appeal on same issue on astats.
I will give any additional info if necessary.

Also on Stanley Parable I have relocked two time based achievements.

Did you reopen each relocked game to make sure the achievements don't automatically re-pop again?

What was the reason for relocking the Stanley achievements? Were they cheated?

About Stanley Parable, yes before doing achievement hunting I changed bios clock to get two of the achievements now re-locked.
I opened both relocked games and achievements didn't unlock (Team Fortress 2 and Stanley Parable)
