Thanks for your attention to this matter. I'm new to this community, so I wasn't aware of the rules involving SAM or modified saves when I tried to join. Thus I'm submitting this thread with the hope to appeal for my profile:

Games:
Shower With Your Dad Simulator 2015 - I used a program called SAM to complete Shower With Your Dad Simulator 2015 by unlocking 3 unobtainable achievements. Now I re-locked those 3 achievements from this game because I want to be able to earn the achievements that I worked hard to get.

Clicker Heroes - I used a modified save to obtain 40+ achievements, but now they are locked with SAM.

Time Clickers - I used a modified save to obtain 21 achievements; like Clicker Heroes, I used SAM to re-lock those achievements.

I appreciate you staff members taking time to do this and giving me a second chance to play clean and fair - thanks for your time and consideration!
