There is now a community server fix for the Gift Grab achievement. It is approved by both Astats and 100pAG. I never once modified game code, just joining the server and completing the objective unlocks it.

I noticed Batman: Arkham Origins has been switched from unobtainable to broken but obtainable. That fix DOES require a modified file or game code. So why not approve the fix for CSS also?

Unfortunately the modified server they used to trigger the achievement for people breaks the United Achievement Hunting Rules, as does other programs and game code they host on their website. It is really disheartening that they don't warn people about this and trap them into getting banned.
