Counter-Strike Source: I would like to know why they marked me as a cheat since I have never used programs to unlock achievements, the time I got the "Gift Grab" achievement in CS: S it was on a "100% Achievements Group" server, even the date they created the server It coincides with obtaining the achievement (It was unlocked on NOV 29, 2020 at 1:13 am), since in my SteamHunters profile it appears as an achievement that cannot be obtained anymore, I suppose that is why I have been banned.

I would like to request a solution since I reiterate, I have not used any third-party program to obtain the achievement and what is more, I obtained the achievement through a group server for hunters-achievements to have that achievement. Thanks and good day.

Unfortunately the modified server they used to trigger the achievement for people breaks the United Achievement Hunting Rules, as does other programs and game code they host on their website. It is really disheartening that they don't warn people about this and trap them into getting banned.

Oh I see... is there any way I can block that achievement and get unbanned from this site? only if possible.

Yes in our FAQ viewtopic.php?t=6 we have a guide to relock the achievement https://achievementhunting.com/guides/relock and you can relock the gift stat to 0 along with the achievement

Counter-Strike: Source : I got the achievement on the "group" server, but was able to lock the achievement again.
