As xeinok had stated above, being marked for suspected cheating invalidates your entire profile, which means all games will give 0 points. Your hitman absolution is also fine, in case you were wondering.
Thanks for relocking the achievements for payday 2. However there are still more steps you'll need to take to successfully relock it, due to having used the mod. There is no way to clear your save data for payday 2 in the game, but there is a mod that creates a "clear progress" button. You can find that with the following link:

Regarding call of duty black ops 2 MP, from our view the full game appears to have been cheated, especially with the Big Leagues achievement having been unlocked past the date of having been broken. Are you sure you did not use any programs that might have caused this to happen?
The other game i thought had a pattern that did not match up with what is normally seen was the just cause 2 multiplayer mod. The two achievements "play for an hour" and "play for a day" were unlocked at the same time. Do you know what might have caused that?
