Cheated Games: Team Fortress 2 - Achievement Server Commands

A while ago when I first played TF2 I went on an item sever, and used a command to give all achievement related items which included unlocking the corresponding achievements.
I haven't relocked anything yet, but these: https://i.imgur.com/yK1P1uU.png are the cheated achievements caused by it. if I need to wipe all TF2 achievements I can.

Hi Mossy, thanks for creating an appeal about this. Before i write any further, i'd like to make sure that you know that this only invalidates your tf2 achievements on AStats, and doesn't actually keep you off the leaderboards. There has been some confusion on the matter in the past. However, that doesn't mean you can't fix that

In order to properly relock these achievements so they do not just automatically pop again once you open the game, you would need to reset your statistics in-game, and then relock the achievements that are item related. Resetting the statistics should make you no longer have the achievement related items. If you have any issues doing this, do let me know and I'll see what i can do to help explain further.

That's all fine. I do have a question or two though, one being I'd ideally only want the item related achievements reset and relocked, and I just want to be sure if that's the case.
Secondly I'm assuming resetting the statistics is also resetting my in-game character time and stats? I have no problem with that if it means I can wipe these achievements, I'm just wanting to be sure.

With relocking the achievements, you’ll only need to relock the ones that you got from the achievement server's commands. As for the last question, it doesn’t affect your achievements at all, just in game stuff, but it would reset character time and stats. Unfortunately there isn’t another way to fix that.

Having relocked just the achievements from that time, it appears that some are still unlocking because of having used the server's commands. The best course of action is going to have to be a full wipe to make sure the game behaves properly going forward, allowing it to be validated on the AStats scoreboard.

If I'm to be honest I was really hoping I wouldn't have to reset everything. I still probably will reset them all, but I might also consider just leaving the achievements be and not bothering with my TF2 ones, if I'm still allowed to do that at this stage.

I most likely will go through with relocking it all, but I just need a bit to decide.

All achievements have been reset and wiped, and nothing popped up when relaunching, so I believe it's all gone through fine.

Thanks for your patience with the appeal process, looks like everything is fine now. Don't forget to check your AStats appeal every so often for any updates on that. I'll go ahead and mark this as complete!
